Elly Schlein interviene sul tema della legittima difesa, ricordando che la legge attualmente in vigore è stata firmata proprio da Matteo Salvini durante l'esperienza di governo con Giuseppe Conte. "Sono quattro anni che governano e continuano a fare le stesse dichiarazioni dall'opposizione" attacca la segretaria PD, sottolineando come la norma stabilisca chiaramente che se un aggressore sta già scappando non si tratta di legittima difesa. Secondo Schlein, la volontà di eliminare il principio di proporzionalità serve solo a contestare le decisioni dei giudici.
