Alex Otaola denuncia el nuevo capítulo del nepotismo castrista: mientras Johana Tablada sigue defendiendo la “Cuba democrática y soberana” en conferencias por el mundo, dentro de la isla el régimen nombra como viceprimer ministro a Óscar Pérez Oliva Fraga, sobrino-nieto directo de Raúl Castro y de Fidel. Otaola señala que no hay méritos, ni trayectoria brillante, ni victoria económica detrás de este ascenso: solo sangre, apellido y obediencia a la familia Castro.Mientras este nuevo Fraga trepa al poder por herencia, Sandro Castro, otro miembro del clan, disfruta asados y lujos en La Habana, lejos de los apagones, el hambre y la desesperación del cubano de a pie que hace cola por un chorro de agua o un paquete de arroz robado. Otaola deja clara la contradicción: el pueblo persigue cubos de agua en sus barrios, mientras los herederos de la revolución cenan a la parrilla con vino importado.
El mensaje es simple y brutal: los Castro siguen mandando, pero ahora desde las sombras, trasladando el poder a sus sobrinos y nietos. Y mientras tanto, los cubanos ni se enteran del nombramiento —porque no tienen luz, porque no les importa, o porque ya no creen en nada.
