Comienza en Hangzhou la segunda temporada de la Conferencia de Vídeos Cortos

La segunda temporada de la Conferencia de Vídeos Cortos de China, un importante evento organizado por el Grupo de Medios de China, está en marcha estos días en Hangzhou, en la provincia de Zhejiang.
