Il sondaggio SWG per La7 del 13 aprile 2026 conferma la leadership di Fratelli d'Italia al 29,3%, in lieve calo rispetto al 29,5% di fine marzo (-0,2). Segue il Partito Democratico al 21,9%, anch’esso in flessione di un decimo, mentre il Movimento 5 Stelle scende al 12,2% (-0,1). Tra gli altri partiti maggiori, Forza Italia passa dal 7,9% al 7,7% (-0,2), Verdi e Sinistra resta stabile al 6,6%, mentre la Lega registra il calo più marcato, scendendo al 6,3% dal 6,6% (-0,3).Nel campo delle forze minori prevalgono invece piccoli segnali di crescita: Azione sale al 3,5% (+0,1), Futuro Nazionaleraggiunge il 3,5% (+0,2), Italia Viva si attesta al 2,4% (+0,1), +Europa cresce all’1,6% (+0,2) e Noi Moderati arriva all’1,2% (+0,1). In aumento anche le altre liste, al 3,8% (+0,2).
