Ternyata isu adanya oknum aparat yang terlibat dalam kasus penculikan dan pembunuhan ini benar adanya.
Ia merupakan seorang anggota dari Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI).
Hal itu dibenarkan oleh Komandan Polisi Militer Kodam Jaya, Kolonel Corps Polisi Militer (Cpm) Donny Agus Priyanto, Rabu (10/9).
Namun ia mengaku masih mendalami terkait keterlibatan oknum TNI tersebut dalam kasus ini.
Donny mengaku belum mengetahui pasti berapa total prajurit TNI yang terseret dalam kasus ini.
Ada pun isu mengenai keterlibatan oknum aparat dalam kasus kematian Kacab Bank BUMN ini dimulai dari pernyataan kuasa hukum empat pelaku penculikan, Adrianus Agal.
Dimana dalam keterangan Adrianus pada Senin (26/8) menyebut adanya oknum aparat inisial F yang terlibat dalam kasus kematian Kacab Bank.
Ia menyebut bahwa keempat pelaku penculikan, yaitu Eras dan kawan-kawan, diperintahkan oleh oknum F untuk menyerahkan korban kepada seseorang di wilayah Cawang, Jakarta Timur.
Akan tetapi Adrianus pada saat itu enggan untuk membeberkan siapa oknum F yang dimaksud oleh keempat kliennya tersebut.
