JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Kadiv Humas Polri, Irjen Sandi Nugroho memperlihatkan bukti foto Pegi Setiawan terkait kasus pembunuhan Vina Cirebon yang diambil penyidik ketika penggerebekan."Ini adalah foto Pegi tahun 2016, ini yang diambil penyedik ketika penggerebekan. Di sana difoto dan ditunjukkan sama pelaku. Di dalam BAP sendiri disebutkan Ya ini Pegi Pak ini pelakunya," ujar Kadiv Humas Polri, Irjen Sandi Nugroho dalam Program Satu Meja KompasTV pada Rabu, (19/6/2024).
"Ini sebagai contoh bahwa penyidik tidak asal-asalan untuk menetapkan siapa yang akan menjadi tersangka," lanjutnya.
Kadiv Humas Polri, Irjen Sandi juga membenarkan bahwa Ayah Eky, Iptu Rudiana telah diperiksa oleh Propam hingga Bareskrim Polri.
