PLO | Cựu giám đốc Bệnh viện Bạch Mai Nguyễn Quang Tuấn đang tập sự nghề y sau khi ra tùCựu giám đốc Bệnh viện Bạch Mai, Nguyễn Quang Tuấn, đã chấp hành xong bản án 3 năm tù và hiện đang thực hành tại Bệnh viện Hữu Nghị để xin cấp giấy phép hành nghề y. Ông Tuấn bắt đầu thực hành từ ngày 1-7 và sẽ phải thực hành 12 tháng theo quy định. Trước đó, ông bị tước chứng chỉ hành nghề do vi phạm quy định về đấu thầu tại Bệnh viện Tim Hà Nội, nhưng không bị cấm hành nghề sau khi mãn hạn tù.
Ông Tuấn đã nhận trách nhiệm, thành khẩn khai báo và tự nguyện nộp khắc phục hậu quả dù không phải bị đơn dân sự. Hành vi phạm tội của ông xảy ra trong bối cảnh ngành y tế gặp khó khăn trong việc mua vật tư do thiếu sót pháp luật, dẫn đến sự nóng vội và vi phạm của ông. Sai phạm của ông liên quan đến đấu thầu, không ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến công việc y tế, do đó ông được áp dụng hình phạt thấp để sớm trở về đóng góp cho xã hội. Sau khi đáp ứng đầy đủ quy định về khám chữa bệnh, ông Tuấn có thể trở lại làm việc trong ngành y.
