(LaPresse) - Gli autotrasportatori siciliani sono pronti a proseguire la protesta a oltranza se dal governo non arriveranno risposte sul caro gasolio e sull'aumento dei costi dei collegamenti marittimi. Lo afferma Salvatore Bella, coordinatore del Comitato trasporto siciliano. «Siamo tutti fermi nei nostri piazzali», spiega Bella, sostenendo che l'adesione allo sciopero abbia raggiunto il 100% contro l'80% previsto dagli organizzatori. La protesta, precisa, non prevede blocchi stradali né presidi. Al centro delle richieste c'è la riduzione del prezzo del carburante. «Il caro gasolio non ci consente più di mettere in moto i camion e di poter lavorare», afferma Bella, secondo il quale i costi sono aumentati di quasi mille euro; a questi si aggiunge, per gli autotrasportatori siciliani, l'aumento delle tariffe dei traghetti, che il coordinatore quantifica in circa 700 euro in più rispetto a due anni fa. «Questi costi non possiamo ribaltarli sulla nostra committenza, perché è costituita in gran parte da agricoltori, che sono già in difficoltà», sottolinea. Il Comitato chiede un intervento governativo sotto forma di credito d'imposta per riportare il prezzo del gasolio intorno a 1,50 euro al litro. Secondo i calcoli degli organizzatori servirebbe circa un miliardo di euro, oltre a contributi specifici per chi utilizza i collegamenti marittimi. Bella lamenta inoltre il mancato rispetto degli impegni che, a suo dire, erano stati assunti dal governo durante gli incontri di aprile, in particolare sui crediti d'imposta e sul rifinanziamento del Marebonus. «Ci avevano promesso che avrebbero trovato delle possibili soluzioni», ricorda, denunciando che gli autotrasportatori non hanno ancora ricevuto i contributi attesi.
