[FULL] Hotman Ungkap Hasil BAP Ulang 5 Terpidana Kasus Vina Nyatakan Pegi Bukan Pelaku DPO

Hal ini diungkap Hotman dalam konferensi persnya pada Rabu (29/5).
Hotman mengatakan bahwa hasil BAP baru-baru ini, dari 6 terdakwa hanya 1 orang yang menyebut Pegi Setiawan alias Perong adalah pelaku DPO.
Sementara 5 terdakwa lainnya menyatakan Pegi bukan pelaku yang selama ini menjadi buron.
Dalam kesempatan itu Hotman juga mencecar penyidik Polda Jabar atas keputusan penghapusan 2 DPO atas nama Andi dan Dani.
Hotman lantas menyinggung BAP para tersangka 2016 silam yang menyebut Andi dan Dani terlibat dalam kasus ini.
Namun mereka tiba-tiba mencabut keterangan BAP atas permintaan dari kuasa hukum tersangka dan keluarganya.
Selain itu, di fakta persidangan hakim menyebut ada 3 DPO, terlebih putusan tersebut sudah inkrah saat itu.
Atas hal itu, Hotman mewakili pihak keluarga menolak keputusan polisi yang menghapus 2 DPO tersebut.
