KPK Tetapkan Pejabat Ditjen Pajak Kementerian Keuangan Sebagai Tersangka Gratifikasi
Download aplikasi berita TribunX di Play Store atau App Store untuk dapatkan pengalaman baruTRIBUNNEWS.COM, JAKARTA - Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) sedang mengusut kasus dugaan penerimaan gratifikasi di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Kementerian Keuangan (Keuangan).
Perkara tersebut sudah naik ke tahap penyidikan dan KPK pun telah menetapkan tersangka.
Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun, KPK menerbitkan surat perintah penyidikan (sprindik) pada Rabu, 12 Februari 2025.
Sprindik diteken pejabat KPK pada hari yang sama. Komisi antikorupsi menetapkan tersangka tunggal dalam kasus ini, yaitu MH.
Dia diketahui sempat menjabat Kepala Kantor Wilayah Ditjen Pajak Jakarta Khusus.
Dalam perkara ini, MH dikabarkan dijerat dengan Pasal 12 B Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana diubah dengan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001.
MH pun telah dicegah bepergian ke luar negeri oleh Imigrasi untuk enam bulan ke depan sejak 19 Februari 2025.
Pencegahan ke luar negeri itu atas permintaan KPK.
Terkait peningkatan pengusutan kasus itu ke tahap penyidikan mengemuka dari dipanggilnya sejumlah saksi pada hari ini, Senin (24/2/2025).
