46 WNI Termasuk Eks Anggota DPRD Indramayu, Korban TPPO Myanmar Tiba di Indonesia | Narasi Daily
Kementerian Pelindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia (KemenP2MI), Kementerian Luar Negeri (Kemlu), dan Kementerian Sosial memulangkan 46 korban Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang (TPPO) di Myawaddy, Myanmar ke Indonesia.Mereka tiba di Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, Tangerang, Jumat (21/2/2025) dini hari.
Anggota DPRD Indramayu Periode 2014-2019 Robi’in adalah satu dari 46 pekerja migran ilegal tersebut. Robi’in disambut oleh keluarga dan kerabat yang telah menunggunya.
“Doa mama dikabulkan,” kata Robi’in usai disambut histeris oleh sang ayah.
Di Myanmar, Robi’in dipaksa menjadi penipu judi online. Hal itu tak sesuai dengan iklan lowongan pekerjaan yang dia lihat di media sosial.
Direktur Perlindungan WNI Kemlu, Judha Nugraha mengimbau kepada masyarakat agar tak mudah tertipu dengan lowongan pekerjaan yang menjanjikan gaji yang besar tanpa kualifikasi khusus.
“Kami sangat mengimbau kepada masyarakat untuk tidak mudah terbuai atau tertipu dari lowongan tawaran bekerja ke luar negeri yang menjanjikan gaji tinggi, namun tidak meminta kualifikasi khusus, berangkat tidak dibekali dengan visa kerja, berangkat tanpa dibekali dengan kontrak kerja dan akhirnya kemudian bermasalah di luar negeri,” kata Judha, Jumat (21/2/2025).
Di sisi lain, Direktur Jenderal Pelindungan P2MI Rinardi bilang, pemulangan mereka menjadi pelajaran bagi masyarakat agar tak mudah tergoda dengan iming-iming gaji tinggi.
“Kenyataannya, mereka kemudian menjadi objek dari sasaran perdagangan orang. Nah, inilah kemudian yang kami ingin sampaikan kepada masyarakat,” kata Rinardi.
