Razman tiba di Gedung Bareskrim Polri, Jakarta Selatan, Rabu (26/2/2025) pukul 11.15 WIB Â datang didampingi sejumlah tim hukumnya
Sebelumnya, Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara (PN Jakut) resmi melaporkan advokat Razman Arif Nasution dan rekan-rekannya ke SPKT Bareskrim Polri, Jakarta Selatan, Selasa (11/2/2025). Laporan ini buntut kericuhan yang dilakukan kubu Razman dalam persidangan perkara dugaan pencemaran nama baik yang dilaporkan pengacara kondang Hotman Paris dengan terdakwa Razman Nasution  di PN Jakut, 6 Februari 2025 lalu
Laporan tersebut diterima Bareskrim Polri tertanggal 11 Februari 2025. PN Jakut melaporkan yang bersangkutan sesuai dari ketetapan Mahkamah Agung (MA) karena adanya peristiwa melecehkan peradilan atau dikenal contempt of court.
Selanjutnya penyidik yang memiliki kewenangan terkait laporan tersebut. Adapun sejumlah barang bukti yang diserahkan ke Bareskrim berupa video kejadian saat kericuhan di persidangan. Razman Nasution dilaporkan tiga pasal yakni Pasal 335 KUHP tentang pemaksaan dengan kekerasan, Pasal 207 KUHP tentang penghinaan, dan Pasal 217 KUHP tentang kegaduhan di pengadilan.
Sementara itu jelang pemeriksaan di Bareskrim Polri pagi tadi, Razman mengharapkan terbukanya pintu maaf atas kegaduhan yang telah ia buat.
