Satu lokasi yang merupakan kantor kedua Dinas PUPR yang berada di Jalan Busi, Medan.
Warga sekitar, Titus Ginting menyatakan bahwa rumah tersebut awalnya sebagai tempat latihan satpam yang kemudian digunakan sebagai perkumpulan bos-bos.
"Masyarakat ini tahunya lokasinya tempat latihan satpam. Habis itu kan satpam jaga katanya tempat perkumpulan bos-bos. Katanya perkumpulan bos-bos," jelasnya saat diwawancara, Selasa (1/7/2025).
Titus juga mengetahui jika rumah tersebut milik PUPR Sumut. (TribunVideo.com)
