Download aplikasi berita TribunX di Play Store atau App Store untuk dapatkan pengalaman baruTRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Jakarta Selatan kembali melanjutkan sidang praperadilan mantan Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Mendikbudristek) Nadiem Anwar Makarim melawan Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung), Kamis (9/10/2025).
Dalam sidang kali ini, tim kuasa hukum Nadiem dijadwalkan menyerahkan bukti tambahan untuk memperkuat dalil gugatan praperadilan mereka terhadap Korps Adhyaksa.
Nadiem menguji sah atau tidaknya penetapan dirinya sebagai tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan laptop Chromebook untuk program digitalisasi pendidikan di Kemendikbudristek tahun 2019-2022.
“Persidangan praperadilan atas nama Nadiem dijadwalkan pada pukul 09.00 di Ruang Sidang Utama dengan agenda bukti tambahan pemohon,” kata Pejabat Humas PN Jakarta Selatan, Rio Barten.
Dalam sidang sebelumnya, Rabu (8/10/2025), Kejagung telah diberikan kesempatan menyerahkan alat bukti dan menghadirkan ahli.
