Pembangunan Kota Kemanusiaan Israel di Rafah Butuh Dana Sampai 96 Triliun, Netanyahu Ingin Percepat

Laporan tersebut diungkap oleh media Israel pada Minggu, (13/7/2025), berdasarkan keterangan perwakilan militer Israel.
Proyek ini dipandang sangat besar dan rumit, apalagi berada di tengah wilayah konflik.
Biaya besar itu dipengaruhi oleh pembangunan infrastruktur dari nol, mulai dari ribuan unit tempat tinggal, jaringan air bersih, hingga rumah sakit dan pusat logistik bantuan.
Proyek juga mencakup pembangunan sistem keamanan, pembangkit listrik, dan jaringan komunikasi.
Dimana semuanya harus dirancang ulang di atas puing-puing kota Rafah yang hancur akibat perang.
Hal ini menimbulkan kontroversi dan penolakan dari sejumlah kalangan.
Termasuk Kepala Staf IDF Eyal Zamir yang menilai proyek tersebut tidak realistis dan bertentangan dengan strategi perang.
Menanggapi kritik tersebut, Perdana Menteri Netanyahu dikabarkan marah besar.
Ia langsung memerintahkan penyusunan ulang rencana yang lebih cepat, lebih murah, dan lebih efektif.
