Berlin erlebt den schlimmsten Blackout seit dem Zweiten Weltkrieg. Tausende Wohnungen sind weiterhin ohne Strom und Heizung. Zwar soll am Donnerstag die Stromversorgung zurückkehren, doch ob alle Heizungen dann funktionieren, ist unklar. Wirtschaftssenatorin Franziska Giffey warnt vor voreiligen Eingriffen an Heizungsanlagen und ruft zur Ruhe auf. Fachbetriebe stehen bereit, um Schäden zu verhindern und Heizungen fachgerecht wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen. Brisant: Der Wetterdienst erwartet zweistellige Minusgrade.
