Bupati Pati Sudewo Diperiksa 6,5 Jam di KPK, Terkait Dugaan Suap Proyek Kereta Api | SAPA PAGI
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Setelah menghilang usai didemo warganya untuk mundur akibat menaikkan tarif pajak yang mencapai 250 persen, Bupati Pati Sudewo akhirnya memenuhi panggilan penyidik Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK).Sudewo diperiksa selama 6,5 jam sebagai saksi kasus suap pembangunan jalur kereta di Direktorat Jenderal Perkeretaapian, Kementerian Perhubungan.
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, bilang dalam pemeriksaan Bupati Sudewo, penyidik melakukan pendalaman soal proyek pembangunan jalur kereta api Jawa Tengah SoloBalapan.
Penyidik juga mendalami aliran uang dana dalam perkara ini. KPK juga mendapat dukungan dari masyarakat Pati yang mengirim lebih dari 300 surat aduan ke KPK.
Di tengah dugaan kasus korupsi yang menjerat Sudewo, pansus hak angket pemazulan bupati terus bergulir.
Sebelumnya, pansus juga meminta keterangan ahli hukum tata negara, Bivitri Susanti, dan Junaidi dari Universitas Semarang. Keterangan ini dinilai penting untuk keabsahan pansus dan memastikan dasar hukum yang kuat untuk pemakzulan Bupati Pati Sudewo.
