Round 2 of A Little Stretch, A Little Strength by popular request! This is a style of class I personally love taking, so I'm not surprised so many of you loved it too! This class is also NOT a "flowy" style, which is a departure from a lot of the classes we do together. It's fluid, but there's no vinyasa, so it's easy to keep the pace controlled and intentional. I'm guiding you through a creative sequence that combines strength and stretchy goodness all at once and by the time you're done, you'll feel totally balanced in both ways. Enjoy!
