(Agenzia Vista) Nella sala polifunzionale di Palazzo Chigi a Roma si è tenuta la conferenza stampa sul tema "San Francesco, un'esplosione di vita" per la presentazione del programma delle iniziative e degli eventi approvato dal Comitato per le Celebrazioni degli ottocento anni della morte di San Francesco d'Assisi. Dopo l'intervento del sottosegretario alla Presidenza del Consiglio Alfredo Mantovano che ha accennato alla recente approvazione della legge che istituisce il 4 ottobre festa nazionale, ha preso la parola la presidente della Regione Umbria Stefania Proietti. Il sottosegretario Alfredo Mantovano, nella Sala Polifunzionale della presidenza del Consiglio, spiega: “Sarà un anniversario che avrà un grande valore religioso e al tempo stesso un valore civile per ciò che San Francesco ha da insegnare otto secoli dopo”.Chigi
