Según los vecinos de Ñaña, los rieles del tren que transita por su zona no han recibido mantenimiento desde hace más de 20 años. Además, indicaron que las zonas aledañas no están preparadas para poner en funcionamiento los trenes donados por CalTrain que cubrirán la ruta Lima-Chosica
