In today’s video, I challenged myself to transform my friend Hannah’s bedroom in just 72 hours—from thrifting and sourcing to DIY projects, styling, and the final reveal. The room had great base pieces but was missing personality and coziness. Hannah loves minimalist design, so the goal was to create a space that feels calm, cozy and warm—never cold or boring.
