Cerita Teguh Ditekan Penyidik saat BAP 2016: Kalau Ngaku Tidur di Rumah Pak RT, Kamu Ikut 5 Temanmu
CIREBON, KOMPAS.TV Saksi kasus Vina, Teguh telah mencabut BAP tahun 2016. Dirinya menceritakan tekanan yang dilakukan oleh penyidik untuk memberikan keterangan bohong bahwa dirinya tidak tidur di rumah pak RT.Hal ini disampaikan saksi Teguh saat ditemui tim KompasTV pada Senin (17/6/2024) Pagi.
"Kalau misalkan kamu tidur di kontrakan pak RT, kamu tuh akan bahaya ikut sama temen 5 itu," ujar Teguh menceritakan tekanan dari penyidik.
Teguh juga mengaku saat kejadian di 2016 masih sekolah dan takut sehingga menurut.
"Jadi pikiran Teguh itu kemana-mana, takut waktu itu, ditambah masih sekolah, jadi takut," ujar Teguh.
Teguh mengaku menyesal sudah memberikan keterangan bohong ini.
