Meski sebelumnya kantornya menegaskan Hamas akan dikalahkan dan opsi itu tidak dipertimbangkan.
Ia menyebut pemerintah sedang menuju keputusan penting terkait sandera.
Setelah mengunjungi markas Divisi Gaza bersama menteri pertahanan dan kepala staf IDF.
Netanyahu mengatakan Hamas berada di bawah tekanan besar sehingga lebih terbuka untuk negosiasi.
Hingga kini dilaporkan bahwa posisi Israel tetap menuntut pembebasan semua sandera dan pemenuhan syarat untuk mengakhiri perang.
Namun tidak ada larangan untuk membahas kesepakatan parsial.
