Kata Polda Metro Jaya soal Kasus Ijazah Palsu Jokowi: Butuh Kecermatan & Ketelitian Penyidik

Proses penyelidikan kasus ini membutuhkan ketelitian dan kecermatan dari penyidik.
Dikutip dari Tribun Jakarta, pernyataan itu disampaikan oleh Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi, Rabu (4/6/2025).
Menurutnya, tim penyidik tengah mengumpulkan fakta dan bukti sebelum menentukan ada tidaknya unsur pidana.
"Proses pendalaman ini membutuhkan waktu, kecermatan, ketelitian," ujarnya.
Sementara itu, hasil uji forensik keaslian ijazah Jokowi dari Bareskrim Polri akan dianalisis sebagai bahan pertimbangan penyidik.
Tim penyidik akan menggelar perkara setelah semua bukti terkumpul guna menentukan adanya unsur pidana atau tidak.
Sebagai informasi, kasus ini bermula saat Jokowi melihat video tudingan ijazah palsu beredar di media sosial pada 26 Maret 2025.
Presiden ke-7 itu kemudian meminta ajudan dan kuasa hukumnya mengumpulkan bukti, sebelum melapor ke polisi.
Dalam laporannya, Jokowi menyebut lima orang yang diduga menyebarkan fitnah, salah satunya Roy Suryo.
Bahkan Roy telah dipanggil sebagai saksi, namun ia mempertanyakan legalitas laporan lantaran tidak mencantumkan nama terlapor.
Roy menyebut jika tidak ada nama terlapor secara resmi, maka dirinya tidak wajib memberikan klarifikasi.
Meski demikian, Polda Metro Jaya menegaskan bahwa penyelidikan tetap berlanjut sesuai prosedur yang berlaku.
