Shefali’s winning project on menstrual health among nomadic women in South Kashmir stood out for its depth and sensitivity. Over nine months of mentorship, Shefali completed a 10 day commission in Bangladesh, documenting girls challenging child marriage and daycare centres supporting garment working mothers.
