Contestualmente a questo, si prospetta un forum tra i due paesi assieme agli Stati Uniti nel 2027. L’iniziativa è partita da AfD, il partito che ha vinto le elezioni regionali di Settembre ed è accreditato come primo partito tedesco da tutti i sondaggi. L’interlocutore di AfD a Mosca è Kirill Dmitriev, l’amministratore del fondo russo per gli investimenti diretti di Mosca e inviato speciale di Putin.
