Dalam kasus ini, modus tersangka salah satunya mengoplos Pertalite hasil impor menjadi Pertamax.
Pantauan Tribunnews pada Rabu (26/2/2025) siang, unggahan terakhir Pertamina dibanjiri lebih dari 15 ribu komentar.
Unggahan tersebut memuat informasi soal Danantara, badan yang baru dibentuk Presiden Prabowo Subianto untuk mengoptimalkan kekayaan negara.
Namun, komentar dari warganet sebagian besar meluapkan kekecewannya kepada Pertamina atas kasus korupsi minyak mentah.
Pengguna Pertamax merasa dibohongi karena selama bahan bakar yang dibeli adalah Pertalite oplosan.
"Sebagai pengguna pertamax, saya akan tuntut kalian di akhirat," tulis akun @satriyaputraa.
Warganet juga mendesak pihak Pertamina untuk membayar ganti rugi.
"Sejak 2019 gw selalu isi Pertamax, sekarang BALIKIN DUIT GW..!!," tulis akun @angventure__.
Dilansir Kompas.com, ada tujuh tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah.
Empat di antaranya merupakan petinggi dari anak usaha atau subholding Pertamina.
Kejaksaan Agung menyebut, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga diduga membeli Pertalite untuk kemudian di-blend atau dioplos di depo/storage menjadi Pertamax.
Pada saat pembelian, Pertalite tersebut dibeli dengan harga Pertamax.
Sementara itu, Pertamina membantah tuduhan adanya BBM jenis Pertamax yang dioplos dengan Pertalite.
Perusahaan memastikan bahwa Pertamax yang beredar di masyarakat sudah sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditentukan.
