"Kami yakin pada lembaga banding ini akan, diberikan putusan yang adil dengan membebaskan Pak Tom," kata Zaid kepada awak media di PN Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (22/7/2025).
Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) menanggapi bahwa siap menghadapi upaya banding Tom Lembong tersebut.
"Jaksa akan mengajukan sikap pendapatnya saya pastikan. Karena saya pastikan Jaksa dalam waktu dekat akan mengajukan banding juga, saya pastikan," jelas Anang Supriatna, Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) kepada wartawan, Selasa (22/7/2025). (TribunVideo.com)
