La cooperación entre China y Brasil en el ámbito de la energía limpia se está consolidando como una práctica clave en la implementación de los objetivos de la gobernanza climática global. Zhou Zhiwei, director del Departamento de Relaciones Internacionales del Instituto de Estudios Latinoamericanos de la Academia de Ciencias Sociales de China, señaló que ambos países cuentan con ventajas complementarias, lo que favorece el desarrollo verde y el intercambio tecnológico.Añadió que esta colaboración no solo es significativa en el plano bilateral, sino que también ofrece nuevas perspectivas para los países del Sur Global, e incluso para la comunidad internacional en su conjunto. Como grandes economías en desarrollo y actores fundamentales del Sur Global, China y Brasil están demostrando, mediante una cooperación pragmática, su capacidad y compromiso para construir un sistema de gobernanza climática más justo, equitativo y razonable, aportando confianza y dinamismo al desarrollo sostenible global.
