KPK Bongkar Dugaan Suap Proyek Jalan Rp231 M di Sumut, Nama Bobby Nasution Disorot

KOMPAS.TV - Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi menyita uang tunai senilai Rp231 juta dari operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal, Sumatera Utara, selain menetapkan lima tersangka, termasuk Kepala Dinas Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Topan Ginting.

Dalam OTT yang berlangsung di Mandailing Natal, tim KPK mengamankan barang bukti uang tunai Rp231 juta yang diduga sebagai bagian dari komitmen fee untuk pengaturan sejumlah proyek jalan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, senilai Rp231,8 miliar.

Saat ditanya soal kemungkinan meminta keterangan Gubernur Sumatera Utara, Bobby Nasution, terkait OTT di Mandailing Natal, Direktur Penyidikan KPK, Asep Guntur Rahayu bilang, masih berkoordinasi dengan PPATK ke siapa saja uang korupsi ini mengalir. Gubernur sebagai atasan bisa saja dimintai keterangan terkait OTT.

Asep Guntur Rahayu menegaskan, KPK tidak akan membedakan pemeriksaan kepada satu orang demi mengusut tuntas kasus korupsi ini.

Politisi Partai Gerindra, Hendarsam Marantoko, menyebut tidak masalah KPK memanggil Bobby Nasution sebagai saksi terkait kasus dugaan korupsi proyek jalan di Sumatera Utara.
Menurut Hendarsam, pemanggilan Bobby bisa untuk melengkapi berkas perkara yang akan membuat perkara ini menjadi semakin lengkap dan terang benderang.
