10 buah tempe daun
1 batang daun bawang
6 cabai rawit
200 gr tepung terigu
150 gr tepung beras
3 bawang putih
Bumbu halus
1 sdt garam
1 sdt penyedap
2 sdt ketumbar
Makan mendoan dengan sensasi yang beda ala mama rieta, tietanya Aja.

Siapkan bahan-bahan berikut
Haluskan bawang putih dan ketumbar hingga halus
Campurkan tepung terigu dan tepung beras.
Masukkan bumbu halus, daun bawang, dan cabai yang sudah dipotong.
Bumbui adonan dengan garam, penyedap,
Diberi air secukupnya hingga teksturenya seperti ini.
Lalu masukkan tempe, aduk hingga adonan menutupi tempe.
Goreng di minyak panas yang cukup banyak agar terendam semuanya.
Jangan lupa dibolak-balik agar nggak gosong yang Tribunners.
Taraaaa.... mendoan ala Mama Rieta siap dimakan.
Bisa dicocol dengan sambal kecap biar makin mantap.
