Siamo la prima generazione ad essere cresciuta nel mondo analogico e a dover educare figli nati dentro quello digitale. Noi sapevamo già correre quando è arrivato il monopattino elettrico, le nostre gambe erano già allenate, e la tecnologia è diventata un aiuto in più, non un sostituto. I nostri figli invece non hanno mai conosciuto un mondo senza: ci sono saliti sopra prima ancora di imparare a stare in piedi. Alessandra Bellasio, ostetrica e madre, porta sul palco una domanda che non riguarda il tempo-schermo ma come ambienti digitali progettati per catturare l'attenzione stiano interferendo con lo sviluppo neurologico ed emotivo dei nostri figli e cosa significhi davvero educarli in un mondo che cambia più velocemente di quanto riusciamo a capire. Dalla neurobiologia dello sviluppo alla selezione embrionale su commissione, dai sistemi progettati per ottimizzare l’attenzione a quelli che dissolvono l’individualità, il discorso attraversa il presente per leggere il futuro. E torna sempre allo stesso punto di partenza: una stanza, un bambino, un adulto che sceglie se essere consapevole. È ostetrica, divulgatrice scientifica e scrittrice. È Responsabile della Formazione Continua in Medicina per UniMamma – MediaDream Academy e Presidente di UMAP, associazione di promozione sociale per il sostegno alla genitorialità.
