Negara dirugikan hingga Rp224,69 miliar akibat skema rasuah yang melibatkan empat orang terdakwa.
Majelis Hakim yang diketuai Rios Rahmanto menjatuhkan hukuman enam tahun penjara dan denda Rp300 juta subsider empat bulan kurungan kepada Donald Sihombing.
Selain itu, Donald Sihombing juga diwajibkan membayar uang pengganti Rp11,95 miliar atau diganti pidana tiga tahun penjara jika tidak dibayar.
"Hal yang memberatkan, para terdakwa tidak mendukung program pemberantasan korupsi. Hal yang meringankan, mereka bersikap sopan di persidangan dan memiliki tanggungan keluarga," ujar hakim Rios dalam sidang putusan di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta, Rabu (25/6/2025).
