هوش مصنوعی برنامه‌نویس‌ها را حذف نکرد؛ یک مشکل بزرگ‌تر ساخته
*هوش مصنوعی کدنویسی را سریع‌تر کرده؛ اما آیا واقعاً Software Engineering را هم بهتر کرده؟**چرا هم‌زمان فرصت‌های Junior کمتر شده، تقاضا برای Senior بالا رفته و تیم‌ها هنوز با Review، Security و Maintenance درگیرند؟*

در این ویدئو می‌خواهیم از هیاهوی «AI جای برنامه‌نویس‌ها را می‌گیرد» فاصله بگیریم و ببینیم داده‌ها واقعاً چه می‌گویند.
AI می‌تواند Code Generation را به‌شدت سریع‌تر کند، اما نوشتن کد فقط یک بخش کوچک از Software Engineering است. بعد از آن هنوز Code Review، Testing، Security، Integration، Deployment و Maintenance وجود دارد؛ و بعضی تحقیقات نشان می‌دهند هرچه تولید کد ارزان‌تر و سریع‌تر می‌شود، Bottleneck فقط به مراحل بعدی منتقل می‌شود.
از طرف دیگر، اتفاق عجیبی در بازار کار افتاده: استخدام Junior Developerها کاهش پیدا کرده، در حالی که بخش بزرگی از رشد فرصت‌های شغلی جدید به سمت Senior Developerها رفته است.
اینجا یک سؤال مهم به وجود می‌آید:
**اگر امروز Juniorها را کمتر استخدام کنیم، Seniorهای چند سال آینده قرار است از کجا بیایند؟**
