Serangan ini sebagai balasan atas pembantaian yang dilakukan Israel di Al-Mawasi Khan Yunis pada Sabtu (13/7/2024) yang menewaskan 90 warga Palestina.
“Angkatan laut, angkatan udara tak berawak, dan kekuatan rudal di angkatan bersenjata Yaman melakukan operasi gabungan yang menargetkan kapal Israel (MSC UNIFIC) di Teluk Aden, dengan sasaran jumlah rudal balistik dan drone," kata juru bicara Houthi, Yahya Saree kemarin malam.
Salah satu operasi itu menargetkan kapal Israel di Teluk Aden.
Selain itu juga menargetkan sasaran militer Israel di Eilat.
Diketahui sejak 19 November 2023, Houthi menargetkan kapal-kapal terkait Israel di Laut Merah.
Hal itu dilakukan untuk menekan Israel agar menghentikan agresinya di Jalur Gaza.
Houthi mengatakan, mereka tidak akan menghentikan serangannya sampai agresi Israel berakhir di Jalur Gaza.(Tribun-Video.Com)
