PAN menonaktifkan Eko Hendro Purnomo alias Eko Patrio dan Surya Utama alias Uya Kuya dari anggota DPR, Minggu (31/8/2025). Keputusan itu berlaku per 1 September 2025."Mencermati dinamika dan perkembangan saat ini, DPP PAN memutuskan untuk menonaktifkan Saudaraku Eko Hendro Purnomo (Eko Patrio) dan Saudaraku Surya Utama (Uya Kuya) sebagai Anggota DPR RI dari Fraksi PAN DPR RI, terhitung sejak hari Senin, 1 September 2025," ujar Wakil Ketua Umum PAN Viva Yoga Mauladi.
