Incidente Mongolfiera in Brasile: cos’è andato storto nella procedura in caso d’incendio

Una mongolfiera è precipitata a Praia Grande, in Brasile, sabato 21 giugno, dopo aver preso fuoco in volo. A bordo c’erano 21 turisti, l’incidente ha causato 8 morti e 13 sopravvissuti, alcuni dei quali sono saltati nel vuoto per salvarsi. Ma com'è potuto accadere?
