Tak hanya hakim, dua orang juga turut menjadi korban dan beruntung nyawanya masih bisa diselamatkan.
Insiden ini, dilaporkan terjadi pada Senin (7/10/2025).
Hakim Astrit Kalaja tewas saat hendak dilarikan ke rumah sakit.
Sang hakim, ditembak di ruang sidang oleh tersangka E.Sh yang berusia 30 tahun.
Selain Kalaja, dua orang yang hadir dalam persidangan juga menjadi korban penembakan dan saat ini sedang menjalani perawatan intensif.
E.Sh sendiri diadili berkaitan dengan sengketa properti.
Setelah penambakan, tersangka sempat melarikan diri namun berhasil ditangkap oleh aparat.
Polisi juga menemukan revolver yang diduga digunakan pelaku dalam aksi penembakan tersebut.
Penembakan ini terjadi di tengah sistem peradilan Albania yang masih menghadapi penundaan puluhan ribu kasus sejak dilaksanakannya reformasi besar-besaran pada 2016 dengan dukungan Uni Eropa dan Amerika Serikat (AS). (Tribun-Video.com)
