찜기 뚜껑을 열자마자 퍼지는 바다 향이 맛을 제대로 자극했습니다😊
다리 하나를 꺼내 살을 발라보니
결이 살아있으면서도 촉촉했고
입에 넣자마자 부드럽게 풀리는 느낌이 정말 좋더라구요!
담백하기만 한 게 아니라 은은한 단맛이
함께 올라와서 계속 손이 가는 맛!!
대게를 먹는 이유 중 절반은 내장 때문이라고 해도
과장이 아닐 정도로 는 내장을 정말 좋아하는데요
등딱지를 열었을 때 보이는 내장의 색부터 너무 먹음직스러웠어요
게 특유의 깊은 감칠맛이 입안 가득 퍼지는데
진한 바다의 풍미를 농축해놓은 것 같은 느낌!
따뜻한 밥을 내장에 비벼 먹으니
밥 한 공기가 순식간에 사라지더라구요
왜 대게 내장을 밥도둑이라고 하는지 단번에 알 것 같았어요🍚
