Selain itu ia juga dituntut membayar denda sebesar Rp500 juta. Apabila denda tersebut tak dibayar maka diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama enam bulan.
Antonius Kosasih juga dituntut pidana tambahan dengan membayar uang pengganti sebesar Rp29,15 miliar dan sejumlah uang mata uang asing lainnya.
Hal itu disampaikan majelis hakim dalam sidang lanjutan kasus dugaan korupsi investasi fiktif PT Taspen di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jakarta, hari ini, Kamis (18/9/2025).
Selain Antonius Kosasih, terdakwa lainnya yakni Direktur Utama PT Insight Investment Management Ekiawan Heri Primaryanto turut dibacakan tuntutannya hari ini.
Ia dituntut pidana 9 tahun 4 bulan penjara dan membayar denda sebesar Rp500 juta.
