Paiman Raharjo Polisikan Roy Suryo Cs Usai Dituding ‘Otak Pemalsuan Ijazah Jokowi’ di Pasar Pramuka

Hal itu buntut dugaan fitnah dan pencemaran nama baik terkait tudingan ijazah palsu Presiden ke-7, Joko Widodo.
Dikutip dari Tribunnews, pernyataan itu disampaikan langsung oleh Paiman Raharjo, Kamis (14/8).
“Ya, saya buat laporan pidana (ke Roy Suryo cs),” ujarnya.
Adapun tiga orang yang turut dilaporkan yaitu Rismon Sianipar, Bambang Suryadi, dan Hermanto.
Laporan ini dibuat setelah Paiman dituduh sebagai otak pemalsuan ijazah sarjana Jokowi yang disebut dicetak di Pasar Pramuka.
Kuasa hukum Paiman, Farhat Abbas, menegaskan tuduhan tersebut tidak berdasar dan merugikan kliennya.
Dalam laporan pidananya, Paiman mencantumkan Pasal 310, 311, dan 315 KUHP terkait fitnah, pencemaran nama baik, dan penyebaran berita bohong.
Ia juga menuding terlapor menyebarkan ujaran kebencian melalui media sosial.
“Gugatan pidana yang kami laporkan ke Polda Metro Jaya dengan dakwaan penyebaran berita bohong, fitnah/ujaran kebencian, dan pencemaran nama baik,” ungkapnya.
Selain laporan pidana, Paiman juga mengajukan gugatan perdata di PN Jakarta Pusat.
Gugatan itu menuntut ganti rugi sebesar Rp 1,5 miliar.
Langkah hukum ini dilakukan untuk memulihkan nama baiknya dari tuduhan buntut kasus ijazah Jokowi.
