Pastikan Tak Ada Meteor Jatuh di Cirebon dan Tol Ciperna, Dandim: Jangan Asal Share

Tak hanya itu, muncul pula video yang menampilkan kobaran api di dekat ruas Tol Ciperna, Kabupaten Cirebon yang disebut dipicu meteor jatuh.
Merespons kabar tersebut, sejumlah pihak terkait langsung melakukan pengecekan di lokasi, tepatnya di sekitar Gerbang Tol Mertapada KM 219.
Petugas Jasa Marga didampingi personel Kodim 0620/Kabupaten Cirebon memastikan bahwa tak ada kebakaran di lokasi tersebut.
Sementara itu, Dandim 0620/Kabupaten Cirebon Letkol Inf M Yusron dalam keterangan tertulisnya mengatakan, peristiwa kebakaran di tol tersebut yang dikaitkan dengan meteor jatuh adalah kejadian lama.
Hal itu yang kemudian dinilai memperkeruh suasana di media sosial.
Menurut Yusron, sejauh ini tak ditemukan adanya meteor jatuh berdasarkan hasil pengecekan di lapangan.
Yusron menambahkan, apabila memang ada warga yang melihat kilatan cahaya di langit, itu mungkin saja terjadi.
Namun jika meteor jatuh ke bumi, maka akan habis terbakar di atmosfer.
Hasil pemantauan sementara juga tak menemukan adanya kebakaran di wilayah Kabupaten Cirebon pada Minggu malam.
Terkait kejadian ini, masyarakat pun diimbau untuk tak mudah percaya dan menyebarkan informasi yang belum terverifikasi, utamanya di media sosial.
