Peradi Bersatu Desak Polisi Naikkan Status Dugaan Ijazah Palsu Jokowi ke Penyidikan
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Laporan dugaan pencemaran nama baik atas tudingan ijazah palsu yang dilaporkan Presiden ke-7 Indonesia, Joko Widodo masih dalam tahap penyelidikan di Polda Metro Jaya.Penyelidik Polda Metro Jaya saat ini telah menggabungkan total enam laporan terkait dugaan pencemaran nama baik Jokowi atas tudingan ijazah palsu.
Penyelidik juga telah memverifikasi sejumlah data dan informasi terkait ijazah Jokowi baik ke pihak SMA Negeri 6 Solo ataupun Universitas Gajah Mada.
Sementara Perkumpulan Advokat Indonesia, Peradi Bersatu mendesak Polda Metro Jaya untuk segera menaikkan status tuduhan ijazah palsu Jokowi naik ke tingkat penyidikan.
Pelapor Roy Suryo cs ini menyebut kasus pencemaran nama baik sudah bisa naik ke tingkat penyidikan karena polisi sudah menyatakan ijazah Jokowi asli.
Kuasa hukum Roy Suryo, Ahmad Khozinudin menyebut laporan Jokowi atas dugaan pencemaran nama baik di Polda Metro belum bisa masuk tahap penyidikan karena belum ada putusan hukum yang tetap terhadap keaslian ijazah Jokowi.
Kuasa hukum Roy Suryo menyebut pernyataan Bareskrim terkait ijazah Jokowi yang identik belum cukup menguatkan keaslian ijazah Jokowi, karena ijazah ini menjadi objek sengketa.
Setelah Bareskrim Polri menyebut ijazah Jokowi identik dengan ijazah yang dikeluarkan UGM, saat ini Polda Metro Jaya sedang menyelidiki kasus dugaan pencemaran nama baik yang dilaporkan Jokowi.
Namun penuding ijazah palsu Jokowi, Roy Suryo cs meminta agar polisi melakukan gelar perkara khusus untuk membuktikan keaslian ijazah Jokowi.
