7 Tersangka Korupsi Pertamina, Beli Pertalite Dioplos Jadi Pertamax, Negara Rugi Rp193,7 Triliun

Hal itu berkaitan dnegan kasus dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang di PT Pertamina Subholding dan Kontraktor Kerja Sama (KKS) 2018-2023.
Yang mana tindak pidana korupsi itu diketahui merugikan negara sekitar Rp193,7 triliun.
Menurut Kejagung, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga dicurigai membeli Pertalite, kemudian dioplos menjadi Pertamax.
Akan tetapi ketika pembelian, Pertalite itu dihargai layaknya Pertamax.
Kejagung menyebut tindakan tersangka RS sebagai pelanggaran, yang jelas-jelas tidak diperbolehkan.
Selain itu, terdapat 6 tersangka lain yang ikut ditetapkan.
Direktur Utama PT Pertamina International Shipping, Direktur Feedstock dan Product Optimization PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, Feedstock Management PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional.
Lalu ada Beneficial owner PT Navigator Khatulistiwa, Komisaris PT Navigator Khatulistiwa sekaligus Komisaris PT Jenggala Maritim, dan Komisaris PT Jenggala Maritim dan Direktur Utama PT Orbit Terminal Merak.
