Hal ini diungkapkan oleh Kadiv Humas Polri Irjen Pol Sandi Nugroho dalam keterangan pada Rabu (19/6/2024).
Sandi berujar, hasil pemeriksaan Propam terhadap Rudiana menyatakan sudah sesuai ketentuan.
Dengan demikian, Iptu Rudiana tidak melanggar etik.
Lebih lanjut, Sandi mempersilahkan pihak yang ingin berpersepsi terkait hal ini.
Namun, ia menekankan bahwa penyidikan yang dilakukan penyidik sudah berdasarkan bukti.
