Direktur Jenderal Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam Kementerian Agama, Abu Rokhmad, mengungkapkan rencananya acara dibuka oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto.
Abu Rokhmad mengatakan STQH tahun ini mengusung tema "Syiar Al-Quran dan Hadis: Merawat Kerukunan, Melestarikan Lingkungan."
Tema tersebut mengusung isu moderasi beragama, cinta kemanusiaan, serta pendekatan ekoteologi dalam konteks pelestarian lingkungan.
