Presiden Prabowo Subianto tengah menyiapkan Pulau Galang di Kepulauan Riau untuk menjadi tempat pengobatan bagi 2.000 warga Gaza, Palestina, yang terluka.Rencana itu diungkapkan Prabowo dalam Sidang Kabinet di Istana Merdeka, Jakarta, Rabu (06/08).
"Presiden kemarin juga memberikan arahan untuk Indonesia memberikan bantuan pengobatan untuk sekitar 2.000 warga Gaza yang menjadi korban perang," kata Kepala Kantor Komunikasi Kepresidenan, Hasan Nasbi, di kantornya, Jakarta, Kamis (07/08).
"Yang luka-luka, yang mengalami apa, mungkin kena bom, kena reruntuhan dan segala macam. Dan rencananya disiapkan pusat pengobatannya nanti di Pulau Galang," lanjut Hasan.
