2 sdm Air asam

Bumbu
5 siung bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
¹/² bawang bombay
5 Cabe besar
5 Cabe hijau
Cabe kecil (sesuai selera)
Haluskan bahan-bahan seperti di atas tapi jangan terlalu halus.
Marinasi ayam dengan ½ sdt garam, ½ sdt lada bubuk, 2 sdm tepung maizena lalu diamkan 15 menit
Goreng ayam hingga setengah matang
Tumis bumbu kasar hingga harum
Masukkan ayam kemudian aduk
Bumbui dengan penyedap, micin, dan garam secukupnya
Terakhir masukkan air asam 2 sdm
Masak ayam hingga matang
