Sekjen Hizbullah menyebut strategi itu sebagai strategi membuat tuli dan buta Israel.
Menurut Reuters, pasukan Hizbullah dilarang menggunakan telepon seluler karena kemungkinan terlacaknya posisi mereka.
Sebagai pengganti, Hizbullah meminta pasukannya menggunakan perangkat yang lebih tua alias 'Jadul'.
