Siete países de la OPEP+ aumentarán producción de petróleo en junio

La Organización de Países Exportadores de Petróleo, OPEP+, anunció este domingo que siete países de la organización decidieron aumentar su límite de producción de petróleo en 188.000 barriles diarios en junio, en respuesta a la retirada de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos del bloque. Los Estados son Arabia Saudí, Rusia, Irak, Kuwait, Kazajistán, Argelia y Omán y tomaron la decisión durante una reunión virtual celebrada el domingo.
El aumento, que se implementará en junio de 2026, forma parte de los ajustes a los recortes voluntarios adicionales de producción anunciados en abril de 2023. Asimismo, el grupo indicó que los ajustes voluntarios podrían revertirse gradualmente, ya sea parcial o totalmente, dependiendo de la evolución del mercado. #OPEP #xw
